  2. Each morning and evening, read the affirmations aloud, or you can write them in your journal. Remember, the key to using affirmations effectively is to truly believe in them and to repeat them regularly. This is a great way to create a more positive mindset and approach to life.

The best way to use this method is as follows:

  1. Write down 2 to 4 pressing personal goals you want to achieve.
