Roommates are good gentlemen with full time jobs.We Prefer looking for only one nice person also a long stay housemate ；if short term stay ；the rent fee & the rent fee price will be different.
-Owner paid utilities but we do not have WiFi . You can pay for $25 shares with the housemate the Internet .please be mindful
